In order for us to properly process your return, please securely pack the merchandise. All returns/exchanges must include the Return/Exchange Form found in your original package. The form must be completely filled out in order to complete your request. We suggest using an insured server in order to ship to the above address. I am stores llc is not responsible for any lost packages.
Once your package is received, I am stores llc will process your exchange as quickly as possible. There will be a $5.00 handling fee for any exchanges.
